Lovesome Alpacas

Situated in beautiful countryside, nestled between the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National Parks, Lovesome Alpacas is a small huacaya alpaca farm breeding alpacas for luxurious quality fibre, conformation and temperament.

We offer a range of services which include Alpacas for Sale , Alpaca Stud Services , Alpaca wool - for either hand or machine knitting, as well as a variety of made to order Handknitted Products . All of which can be ordered either online or by telephone.

Lovesome Alpacas are members of the Yorkshire Alpaca Fibre Group. We have various shades of British Alpaca Fibre available for sale to use for either hand or machine knitting. We would be happy to send you samples of our alpaca wool before you purchase.

We can also have a fleece individually processed for you, thus ensuring a unique product which can never be repeated! It will come with a certificate of authenticity and a photo of your chosen alpaca.

Hand-knitted scarves, made from the finest alpaca wool by Diane’s own ‘fair hand’, are also available for sale. Prices start from as little as £25.

Alpaca stud services using our herd sires are available for those owners who wish to have their females served on their own farm. Here we will bring the alpaca stud male to your farm, complete the service, and then leave with the male. Spit-offs and pregnancy determination are the responsibility of the owner or we can return on a regular basis with the male.
